Tokunbo Ifaturoti – CEO/Principal Consultant

Tokunbo a Social Responsibility – Lead Implementer (ISO 26000) associate consultant and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) practitioner. She has over 15 years transferable skills as a solicitor in England and Wales resolving complex issues in ICT, e-commerce, media, employment, family and commercial law.  She has a proven great passion and proactiveness towards, sustainable management, governance, economic, environmental and social impacts in communities.

She offers advice on the implementation of international reporting standards, and sustainability methodologies and provides shared value, corporate social responsibility and sustainable development programmeme solutions. She works with and trains diverse businesses, small and medium size enterprises, government agencies, charities/foundations, educational institutions and individuals on capacity building and strategy development.

Tokunbo manages various socially responsible investment initiatives including educational programme delivery, sustainable business strategies, CSR, corporate philanthropy, community and employee engagement projects.

Tokunbo, the founder of Children, Youth and Women Empowerment (ChiYoWo) initiative, a charity organization, is the recipient of numerous commendations and awards including the prestigious Women4Africa award for her humanitarian and philanthropic work in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. She is an Associate Member of WIMBIZ – Women in Management, Business and Public Service, an organization that promotes all women in all spheres of life, where she is a Mentor and member of the WIMBIZ Editorial Committee.

Tokunbo holds a Law degree (LLB), a First Class in BA (Hons) International Development with NGO Management. She also has a Masters in Law (LLM) Computers and Communication Law from Queen Mary University, London, United Kingdom. She is an alumnus of the Pan Atlantic Univerity, Lagos, Nigeria, where she obtained a certificate in Leadership and NGO Management.

Aisha Atta – Director/ Consultant

Aisha has extensive experience in various capacities which constitute an integrated approach towards market positioning of sustainability. She is an expert on Personal Brand Coaching for high cadre officials and the creator of the IDEAS2Market Platform for developing ideas into viable products, services or business for young entrepreneurs. She is experienced at developing and implementing training modules for individuals and organizations to improve productivity and boost teamwork, subsequently increasing overall performance.

Aisha currently serves as a member of the Faculty of facilitators for the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC), Abuja, Nigeria.  In addition, she offers an “Expert in Residence” service for the CEM Alumni (Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management) a business clinic that provides an advisory support service to micro and small business. She has served on the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, YouWin and the World Bank’s WomenX Interviewing panels.

She graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Architecture from the University of Jos and subsequently an MSc (Hons) in Building Design from the University College London.  Aisha obtained a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management (CEM) from the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC), Pan Atlantic University, Lagos.


 Atiti Izogie – Consultant

A turnaround consultant and seasoned Personal and Professional Development Practitioner in the Public, Private and Third Sectors with significant track records of success. Atiti has worked with Business Executives to deliver highly effective cross-level strategic and operational people-centered organizational development,  a visiting University lecturer and Educator, she is a Fellow of the Higher Education Association (FHEA, UK) and holds a  BSc (Hons) in Sociology & Anthropology (Nigeria), Advanced Diploma (PgD equiv.) Educational Studies (University of Cambridge, UK),  MA in Learning & Teaching in Higher Education specialising in Applying Learning Technology/Web Based Learning (through Gaming and Decision Making) – London Metropolitan University.


Chichi Margaret Nkire – Consultant

Chichi has extensive experience working on various international and local development projects funded by Department for International Development (DFID), U.N/World Bank, Japanese International Development Corporation Agency (JICA), United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and other international partners. Chichi engages with various stakeholders and third parties and works on various projects that cut across the Sustainable Development Goals. She graduated from University of Ibadan, Nigeria with a BSc (Hons) in Geography Science.


Onyeka Venath Titigbe – Associate

Onyeka is quality assurance lead in labour management relations and supplier – environmental assessment. He is an environmentalist and social entrepreneur with experience in environmental protection, waste management, social sector management and sustainable development with a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science Technology.  He is an alumnus of the Delta State University (DELSU) Nigeria and the Institute of Security Studies, Ethiopia. Onyeka contributes to climate and environmental literacy programmemes, Young Africa leaders’ Initiative (YALI), Green the Gene International, Water and Sanitation Collaboration Council (WSCCC), United Nations Major Group for Children and Youth (UNMGCY) on Habitat 3, Young Friends of the Earth Nigeria (YFoEN) and the Global Youth Biodiversity Network (GYBN). Onyeka manages the Children, Youth and Women Empowerment Initiative (ChiYoWo), TAAI Consultancy’s community programmemes initative. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Health and Environmental Management.

Eleanor McGill – Associate

Eleanor advises on the adoption of sustainable resources using cleaner energy to attain a ‘circular economy’.  She graduated from the University of East London with a BA (Hons) in International Development with Anthropology Her particular focus is on assessing environmental, social impact and alternative energy. She is an advocate for systems that ensure resource input and waste, emission, energy leakages are minimised and believes maintenance, repair, reuse and recycling can reduce greenhouse emissions. These form crucial parts of sustainable reporting for companies and organizations.

                                            
Celestina Ayeni – Associate

Driven by a positive ‘can do’ attitude she has acquired considerably transferable and adaptable skills which have been deployed to designing and managing community and employee engagement activities for socially responsible businesses. She holds a BA (Hons) in Human Resources from University of East London with certifications in Project Management (Prince 2).

                                            
Stephanie Inneh – Associate

Stephanie is a BA (Hons) Business and Marketing graduate from Coventry University has worked in corporate, legal, educational establishments, administration and the creative industry. Stephanie is a certified Project Manager and Business Analyst with experience analyzing client and customer trends needed to enhance companies’ customer experience. She manages stakeholder engagements, projects budget, provides forecasts and project documentation and facilitates adoption processes.

                                            
George Ifaturoti – Associate

Project Manager specialized in internal and external stakeholder engagement. George is a graduate from the University of Manchester/ University of Amsterdam with a BA (Hons) in Modern History with Economics and  certifications as a Business Analyst and Prince 2 Project Management. He is an expert in comprehensive PESTLE analysis and builds strong relationships with diverse teams across various businesses.

Ayanda Kheswa – Associate

Ayanda is a South African based Qualified Commercial Attorney with a High Court Right of Appearance and an avid communicator and negotiator with published writings.  As a law graduate from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, she has also obtained an International Certificate in Ministry from Every Nation Leadership Institute.

Folaranmi Kehinde Adefila – Associate

Folaranmi is a graduate of Babcock University, Nigeria with a BSc (Hons) in Information Resources Management and also holds a Masters in Management Information Technology from Coventry university. She is an expert in building client relationships by determining their needs in a fast-paced environment.
